Ritha M. Tarimo is a mother. She is an MBA holder of the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute. She now works as a human capital expert, having trained more than 1500 employees. She is passionate about development and people growth.

Tarimo believes that true development and change can be found when people are given opportunities in training, talent development activities, care and a platform that allows disciplined change.
